The first step in the sign up process is to choose a home listing package. All of our packages consist of a one time listing fee. Your home listing stays online until your home sells. The second step in the sign-up process is to fill out payment information. You can pay online by credit card or through the mail by cashier's check or by money order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. If you pay by money order or cashier's check, you will be able to create your online home listing after we have received payment.

Your credit card payment is completely secure. We use the latest Interent security connections.

After your credit card information has been approved (usually within 1-2 minutes), you will be able to login to the control panel using your new username and password.

The control panel is the place where you will manage your online home listing. From this area you will be able to add and edit your listing content, upload photos and floorplans, view your listing before it goes live, and view stats about your listing.

Begin your search by clicking on the "View Homes" tab at the top of our pages or on the "Go" button in the "Search Our Listings" box on the first page of our site.

The Search Criteria page gives you the flexibility to search for a home by property type, by location (country, state or city) and by number of bedrooms and price.

After clicking on the "Submit To See Properties" button you will see a summary of your search results.

The Search Results page displays summary data of each home that matches your search criteria. You'll be able to view a thumbnail view of each home, the property address, sales price, number of bedrooms and number of baths.

Clicking the Map button displays the location of the property using an online mapping service.

To view the details of each property, click on the "View Details" button.

The Property Details page contains detailed information on the selected property. You'll be able to view general and special features of the property. This page also contains links to additional photos, floorplans and a map.

Contact information is found on this page as well as a link to email the property owner.
