1. Leaving the search option boxes blank or on "Any" will give you the broadest number of search results. To narrow your search results, fill in the search option boxes with specific choices. 
   
   
2. It is possible that there are no properties that match the search options you entered. Try using more general search options to broaden your search. Also, we are a brand new property listing service and it may take a while to populate the property database. So, check back with us on a weekly basis to view the new properties. 
   
   
3. On the Search Results page, click on the View Details button. This takes you to the Property Details page. Locate the link, "Click Here to Email Owner". Clicking on this link will open a pop up email window. Fill in the appropriate information and message and click the "Send Email" button. Your message will be sent to the owner of the property.
